DISTILLATION:

It is the technique by which the final product is obtained from the fermented musts.

The distillation system comprises, in fact, two distillations: the first one, called “des-tronamiento” which yields a product called ordinary and the second distillation, called rectification, which serves to obtain the rough product with 60 o of alcohol / volume, the aroma and the flavor of the Blue Agave plant.
